Show Your Skills is a Strategic partnership project Erasmus + « Exchange of good practices » program KA204 –Adult Education. It aims to accompanyadults looking for employment to acquire, develop, recognise and value qualifications and skills acquired all their lives in order to help them in their employability and contribute to its development.

Main Objectives
- Identify, analyse and exchange good practices in terms of recognition and development of skills, for vulnerable groupsCreate new tools to facilitate job search based on skills rather than formal experiences
- Strengthen the capacities of actors in the fields of recruitment and support towards employment to define the different alternatives for the recognition of key skills
- Create a network of organizations working on the recognition of key skills, in order to promote a sustainable transnational approach to support beneficiaries from different countries
- Provide a digital platform to offer personalized, flexible, rewarding recruitment or training solutions that promote skills rather than formal experiences
Expected results and Outputs
- Comparative study of the methods and practices to evaluate skills of vulnerable groups in each country. This output will be available online in English and the 3 languages of the partners
- Common skill evaluation tools. These tools will be in the form of an e-book that assembles all the processes, methods, procedures and evaluations towards vulnerable groups
- Common instruction manual of the tools created. This manual will be available in English and the 3 languages of the partners. This manual will include all the tools that a professional needs
- A digital platform that offers recruitment solutions and/or tailor made training offers. This platform will offer job opportunities concentrating on skills rather than formal experiences. This will allow job seekers to find jobs even if they don’t have formal experiences, as well as help companies who struggle to recruit. The platform will have the following functions:
- Training tools for professionals in the domain of recruitment and/or socio-professional inclusion. These training modules will allow them to define better alternatives to recognise the skills of job seekers.
- Tools to accompany beneficiaries of social exclusion to enforce and value their skills
- Tutorial and accompanying to write creative CV that value skills rather than formal professional experiences.
- Certificates of skills and CV created with the beneficiaries
- Job offers that concentrate on skills rather than formal experiences published by the recruitment agencies and companies involved in the project
- Communication kit: online flyers and posters to communicate about the project.
- Video clip about the project and its results.
Partners
Développement Méditerranée (DEVMED) (France)
DEVMED is a training centre and social enterprise that addresses different actors in the economic development; we give trainings and coaching on the development of competences, training methodology, accompanying and integration in the local market of the unemployed people, NEETS, trainees in vocational centers .
Devmed accompanies as well employees in the phase of reorientation.
DEVMED works with two main groups:
- Professionals and workers in the field of life-long learning.
- Unemployed, NEETS, women victims of domestic and sexual abuse, and migrants.
DEVMED has a thorough experience in the field of training and development of competencies.
DEVMED participates frequently in multilateral projects to build the capacities of professionals working with disadvantaged public and give access to the public to different cultures and a better knowledge of other cultures.
DEVMED aims:
- Generate some knowledge on the factors that limit the integration of fragile populations, in a territorial approach (local, national and European);
- Register the partnership in an initiative of co-production of methods and tools, allowing the increase in the chances of social and professional integration of the targeted public;
- Improve the knowledge of the actors and the practices mobilized in every partner region, to contribute to a successful integration of the targeted public;
- Enhancing the chances of unemployed adults and prisoners in the phase of liberation to access an employment;
- Producing the knowledge for and with each learner, in order to optimise his/her chances in integrating existing trainings and/or find an employment;
- Valuing the informal and intercultural skills that could be transformed into real experience and help the learner find a job.
Solidarité Femmes 13 (France)
Solidarité femmes 13 supports since 1945 women with their children victims of domestic or sexual abuses in the French South-East department of Bouches-du-Rhône. The head office is located in Marseille, and the association also has three local branches (Istres, Port-de-Bouc and Aix-en-Provence) and several mobile permanencies. Its action is structured around five services: listening and orientating women and children victims of violence / housing / sheltering – 68 beds available for women and children / clinical psychology and art-therapy with individual or collective counseling / professional training and networking
During the year 2020, Solidarité femmes 13 supported about 2.5000 women, did 1.200 psychological counseling, animated 250 art-therapist sessions and trained more than 100 professionals about violence against women and domestic abuses in the department.

Asociación Iniciativa Internacional Joven (Spain)
Asociación Iniciativa Internacional Joven is an NGO from Málaga (Spain) created in 2003 from a group of youths who after participating in international programmes and activities, concluded that these experiences had been very important to change their life. Therefore, they decided to share them with other young people, collectives and associations, to enhance the interest in participating in international programs and exchanges, learning languages, realizing voluntary work, raising awareness, tolerance and respect for other cultures, etc. thereby contributing to personal and professional development of young people and adults.
The main objectives of the organization are:
- Encourage the development of plans, programs and project that impact the benefit of youth and adults;
- Improve the training of officials, technicians, youth and other people involved with the society, at local and international level;
- Enhance integration and development of citizens at different levels: training, employment, social and cultural activities, health, sports, languages and intercultural learning;
- Contribute to the development cooperation of the poorest countries and the poorest sectors of the population.
To achieve it, Iniciativa Internacional Joven (AIIJ) carries out studies, researches and activities to improve adult employability, cooperates with other public and private institutions to create youth projects and programs and it designs training courses and workshops on areas of interest.
Main areas and socio-educational tools used by the organization:

- Sports and Healthy Life;
- Gender Equity;
- Personal development and entrepreneurship;
- Culture of Peace and Interculturality.
The methodology is based on non-formal education, Paulo Freire’s pedagogy for liberation and emotional intelligence.
AIIJ has experience in coordinating international short and longterm Erasmus+ projects, such as Mobilities of Youth Workers/Training Courses, Capacity Building projects in the field of youth, Strategic Partnerships in the field of Youth and Adult Education and Small Collaborative Partnerships in the field of Sport, among them, the project “Sport for Life”, coordinated by AIIJ in 2017, has been awarded as “good practice” by the European Union.
AIIJ was also partner of the Erasmus+ Strategic Partnership in the field of Adult Education supporting innovation called “Culture-Lab”, approved by Polish National Agency and selected as good practice at European level.

Travelogue Associazione di promozione sociale (Italy)
Travelogue APS is a non-profit organization working in the promotion of Umbria and the territory of Central Italy and its beauties at local and international level. The association is developing activities to promote European partnerships, exchange of knowledge between people and institutions, career guidance for youth and adults. Its main issues are: sustainable tourism, environmental protection, social entrepreneurship, social inclusion, skills development for youth and adults.
Travelogue aims:
- Promoting the territory of Umbria and local development through the enhancement of the cultural, environmental and naturalistic heritage and involving the human and professional resources that live here.
- Fostering social inclusion and intercultural exchange, intergenerational dialogue, active citizenship and lifelong learning, through non-formal activities cooperating with other Italian and European organizations
- Encouraging local excellence, the “culture of work” and self-employment, job opportunities in innovative sectors, promoting the meeting with companies active at local and European level
- Promoting the autonomy of young people in search of work, the ability to self-guidance and self-promotion in their personal and professional growth
- Improving adult skills in their professional and social life, in order to promote key competences and active aging

Elena ADAS BLANCO
Elena ADAS BLANCO, was at the origin of DEVMED’s creation, she is specialized in the coordination of European programs and has an Executive MBA diploma.
Elena’s experience in the former SOCRATES program, the European Commission foreign policy programs (Gender, EIDHR) and now the Erasmus + give her a strong competence. She was also the deputy director of an employers’ union, which allowed her to master employment issues, and using a comprehensive approach in combatting poverty, social issues and health.
She then led a regional training center for the apprenticeship that targets more than 1000 apprentices per year, 60% of them are considered as “unprivileged”, this experience helped her consolidate her competences to implement in a comprehensive approach to reduce all the peripheric constrains to social insertion (health, housing, transportation …)
Mathilde REMIGNON
Mathilde Rémignon (1991), chief project manager at the Solidarité femmes 13 training service. She is graduated with two master degrees: one in Communication and Documentation design (Paris 7 University / Science Po) and the other in Social Sciences with a Gender specialization (Toulouse University / Universidad de Buenos Aires). She first worked as a chief project manager in Education and Equal Opportunities for the Association Article 1 based in Paris. Then, she moved to Marseille and joined Solidarité femmes 13, where she is in charge of several project managements (national and European), communication and is also training health and social workers about violence against women, and more especially domestic abuses.
Mathilde Rémignon (1991), cheffe de projet pour le service formation de Solidarité femmes 13. Elle est diplômée de deux masters : conception de documentation multilingue et multimédia (Université Paris 7 / Sciences Po) et sciences sociales mention « Genre » (Université de Toulouse / Universidad de Buenos Aires). Elle a commencé à travailler en tant que cheffe de projet pour un programme d’égalité des chances géré par l’association Article 1 à Paris. Elle s’est ensuite installée à Marseille et a rejoint Solidarité femmes 13, où elle est en charge de la conduite de plusieurs projets, de la communication et également de la formation des professionnel.le.s de santé ou du travail social au sujet des violences faites aux femmes, et plus particulièrement des violences conjugales.
Nebil OUDJANE
Nébil OUDJANE (1981), éducateur spécialisé sur le CHRS de SOLIDARITE FEMMES 13. Détenteur d’un master 2 “arts du spectacle” et d’un diplôme d’état DESS. Engagé dans la lute contre les violences faites aux femmes, il mettra en scène “Presque Cendrillon ou l’histoire de Presque Chamant (un Presque conte)” (joué au Festival d’Avignon de 2001 à 2006 et en tournée dans toute la France et Belgique) dénonçant les violences faites aux femmes (et les stéréotypes de genres) dans les contes de notre enfance. Il rejoint en 2017 l’association SOLIDARITE FEMMES 13 en tant qu’éducateur spécialisé. A ce titre, il accompagne des femmes et enfants victimes de violences conjugales.
Nebil OUDJANE (1981) is a specialized educator at the shelter of Solidarité femmes 13. He was graduated with a master degree in performing arts and a state diploma (DESS). Involved in the fight to end violence towards women, he staged as a director the show “Presque Cendrillon ou l’histoire de Presque charmant (un Presque conte)” “(almost Cinderella or the story of her Almost Charming prince (almost a fairy tale)” for the Avignon Theater Festival from 2001 to 2006, with a tour in France and Belgium, to denounce gender violence and stereotypes. He started working at Solidarité femmes 13 in 2017, and gives an everyday support to women and children victims of domestic abuse.

Her experience derives mainly from education, vocational guidance and training, career advising sector, she has been working for Local Authorities (Municipalities), Schools, Vocational training Centres, Associations, etc. as Project Managers in Erasmus+, LLP Programme, Youth in Action, Europe for Citizens, and other EU Programmes, since 2006.
Qualification: Master Degree in Foreign Languages; II level Master in European Project Management. Spoken languages: Italian, English, German.
Valentina MASTRINI

She has experience in the management of local and European projects with different target groups, in the fields of youth, adult education and sport. Financial responsible; she manages the quality supervision of the project activities.

Her university education in the area of communication, tourism and marketing was accompanied by professional experiences in related fields.
Currently she is working as real estate manager and supports Travelogue APS in the European projects management, for the involvement of the target groups, the implementation of project activities and for the visibility and dissemination activities of the local and European projects.
